SP-RV100 Multi-Stage RV/Marine inline Water Filter
Installation Instructions
RV Installation
- Attach the water supply hose (not included) to the inlet side of the filter.
- Attach the other end of the water supply hose to the incoming water supply faucet (make sure the arrow on the filter is pointing in the direction of the water flow).
- Slowly turn on the water and flush the filter for 5 minutes or until the water runs clear.
- Install the enclosed flexible hose protector on the outlet side of the filter.
- Screw the flexible hose protector onto the RV or marine water system.
- Slowly turn on the water supply faucet and check for leaks.
Water Supply Installation
- Install the enclosed flexible hose protector on the inlet side of the filter.
- Screw the flexible hose protector onto the incoming water supply faucet with the arrow pointing in the diection of the water flow.
- Slowly turn on the water and flush the filter for 5 minutes or until the water runs clear.
- Attach the water supply hose (not included) to the outlet side of the filter.
- Attach the male end of the water supply hose to the RV or marine water system.
- Slowly turn on the water supply faucet and check for leaks.
Note: While SP-RV100 can be installed either way, we recommend installing on the RV side for optimal filter media performance. Be sure that the direction of the water flow through the filter is correct, as shown in the diagram above.
