Polyphosphate Anti-Scale Filters

SpiroPure polyphosphate anti-scale filter cartridges not only help prevent scale, but also assist in preventing corrosion in plumbing pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Food-grade, slow dissolving clear polyphosphate beads can also help reduce previously formed scale built-up in plumbing where water is consistently flowing, such as in pipes and water heaters. Salt-free filter cartridges are practically maintenance free with no need to purchase salts, no regeneration cycles, and no harmful wastewater. Simply replace the cartridge every 6-12 months.

  • Made with food-grade slow dissolving clear polyphosphate beads

  • Inhibits the formation of scale deposits and rust from forming in pipes and on fixtures

  • Creates a protective coating to help protect against acidity, alkalinity, hardness, chloride, and other causes of corrosion and hardwater

  • Polyphosphate dissolves metals and sequesters them (suspends them within in the water) to prevent unwanted discoloration and staining, such as from iron, manganese, calcium, aragonite, and magnesium in water

  • Does not require messy sodiums, timely regeneration cycles, and does not produce harmful wastewater

  • Replace filter every 6-12 months for best results

  • Cartridges have a temperature rating of 40°F to 125°F
